ACHIEVING SMOOTH & SHARP EDGE FOR GANACHE

It's not easy to achieve smooth & sharp edge ganache. Although it isn't a must, but sharp edge ganache makes a fondant cake looks so much neater. Plus it creates less air bubbles & won't makes me regret of not making my ganache smooth enough.
